Don’t give up on God just because things have gone badly for you. Your sin cannot cancel God’s grace.
God does not intend to destroy us by the trials he allows to come our way. Those things that seem so painful now will one day be clearly seen as benefits to our spiritual growth.
God’s plan and yours are often not the same.
If your God always does what you want, he’s probably not the God of the Bible.
If we live another day without the Holy Spirit’s control in our lives, we have only ourselves to blame. God has made himself fully available to us. Have we made ourselves fully available to him?
You can be wrong about many things and still go to heaven.
But you can’t be wrong about Jesus and go to heaven.
The question is not "Can you?” but "Will you?”
You can’t erase a guilty conscience.
If your God isn’t bigger than your problems, maybe you need to trade him in for the God of the Bible.
Your Redeemer is on the way. He’s just not working on your schedule.
